How do I resolve a 500 error?
This page applies to Risk Register for Jira Data Center and Jira Server
The 500 code simply means that an error occurred within Jira Server. Any details about the cause of the error will have been output to Jira's log file. If you can find the relevant portion of the log file, then we may be able to help. The log file is called atlassian-jira.log, and can be found in the log sub-directory of your server's home directory. Please include this information in any service request you create.
