How do I add risk information to any issue?

This page applies to Risk Register for Jira Data Center and Jira Server

It is possible to add risk information to any issue type in your project. Risk Register must be enabled for the project and you must also be using slider controls in the risk assessment panel (click here for more information).

To add risk information, open the issue and click on More => Assess Risk (see below image). This will add the risk assessment panel to the issue.

Open
