How do I find my SEN (Support Entitlement Number)?

This page applies to Risk Register for Jira Cloud

You will need admin access to complete this operation.

  1. Click on the Settings icon (it looks like a gear) in the top left corner of Jira.

  2. Click on Apps menu item.

  3. Click on the Manage Apps link on the left side of the screen.

  4. If you have installed Risk Register, you will see it in the list of apps that displays. Click on the entry for it and look for the field titled “License SEN”.
