Displaying risks in Confluence

You can display risk information in Confluence using Smart Links.

Create a Dashboard

Your first step is to create a dashboard that contains the Risk Register gadget. Customize this dashboard to display the information exactly how you want it to appear on your Confluence page.

Having done this, copy the URL for the dashboard:

Add a Smart Link to Confluence

Open Confluence and navigate to the Space you want to contain your Risk Register information.

Click on Create → Smart Link:

Paste in your dashboard URL and click Add Smart Link:

The dashboard with your Risk Register gadget is now available in Confluence, and will be updated in real time:
