How do I design my own report?

The Risk Register view lists all of the risks in a particular risk register, but what if you want to create your own report? You can do that by customizing an issue search.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click "Search issues"
  2. Switch to the Advanced search view
  3. Enter a query using Jira Query Language (JQL).
    If you need help with the syntax, click the question mark.
  4. Change the columns that appear in the search result.
  5. Optionally, save your report so that you can return to it later.
  6. Optionally, export your report to a number of different formats.

The JQL query is completely customizable. The trick part is the middle clause, which selects issues of a particular type, and also other issues that have risk assessments attached to them:
