How do I determine if all of Risk Register's modules are enabled?

Go to the Risk Register listing on the Manage apps page, and observe the statement in the right-hand column:

If one or more modules are not enabled, please click the + sign to find out which module(s) are not enabled. Then contact ProjectBalm with this information to determine the next step.
